I've always been a nerd. A dyslexic, drawing, role-playing, special education, drug addict... nerd. At least those are the words I would use to describe myself. But am I? Or is that just the story I tell myself? Is my self-image set in stone, or can I change it? Is a life narrative plastic? And maybe it's time we looked at our shared world history in that way.
